Refund policy

Returns
• Authorized product can be returned within 30 days of receipt
• All returns must be authorized by contacting info@pooltreesystem.com. In your return request, include purchase date, proof of purchase, and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be subject to partial refunds or refund delays.
• Returned item must be unused and in saleable condition in the original packaging.
• Approved credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving/inspecting your return.
