PoolTree System Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • All returns must be authorized by contacting info@pooltreesystem.com. In your return request, include purchase date, proof of purchase, and reason for return.  Unauthorized returns will NOT be refunded. 
  • Authorized product(s) must be returned within 30 days of authorization.
  • Returned item must be unused and in saleable condition in the original packaging.
  • Restocking fees may apply for open product(s) or products authorized outside of the normal return policy.
  • Approved credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving/inspecting your return.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Any shipping charges are non-refundable 
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, PoolTree System LLC is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply for any item that has been opened, used/installed, missing parts, or per PoolTree System LLC’s discretion.
